Hello! We’re looking to let our large, light, top floor double room in Stoke Newington.

The room is available from the 13th of October.

The house is friendly and calm, with two working professionals, both in their late 20’s. One who works in property and the other for the NHS, that are looking for another working professional to take on our spare room.

The house has a large living room and kitchen, with ample cupboard and fridge/freezer space. It also includes a private courtyard garden with access to a large communal garden as well.

Bills, including gas, water, electricity, council tax and hyperoptic wifi: totals £150 per month.

Deposit to be confirmed, minimum one month rent. More photos available upon request.

The room is largely unfurnished, except a double bed frame, mattress and a chest of draws. The rest of the house is well furnished.

Built in double wardrobe also included.

2 bathrooms, one shower. Shower located on the top floor next to said room.

Additional storage room if required located on the ground floor.
