Lovely double room in Stoke Newington flat

Hello!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our 3-bed flat in Stoke Newington. The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from Clissold Park and walking distance to both Manor House and Finsbury Park tube stations.

Your room would be a fully furnished double room, with a big wardrobe and underbed storage. You’d be sharing a bathroom with just one other person. We are lucky enough to have a large living room and a shared communal garden which is great for a BBQ in the summer!

You’d be living with Tamsin (me) and Emily. We’re both lawyers and both 29. I’m British and Emily is Australian. We both WFH a few days a week.

We’re a fairly social household, we love to have a wine together and going to our local pub when the weather’s good (and even when it’s not!). Ideally we’re looking for someone who could be a friend and not just a flatmate - but we also both have our own friendship groups in London!

Boring bits:
- Rent is £950 p/m (exc. bills)
- Bills are approx. £150 p/m.
- Deposit is £1154 (not £1050 - Spareroom wouldn’t allow me to put the correct figure)
- You would be taking over the lease from our outgoing housemate
- Available from December 15th (but there potentially be some flexibility with the move in date)
