Lovely bedroom available in a cosy flat

🏡 One of the rooms in our three bed property is available from around the 13th of April 2026.
The room is located on the upper floor, and the bathroom is shared with only one other flatmate.

🏡 The future flatmate will be living with two women, Phyllis and I. We both have 9-5 jobs, working some days at home and some days in the office. We are both very clean and peaceful people, who like to hang out either watching something together in the house, or doing something wholesome in Hackney.

🌸 About Phyllis: Phyllis is 30 and really likes her peace, she is from Singapore and enjoys travelling around different places in Europe. In her spare time, she likes to meet with her friends for brunch, go to food markets or enjoys going to the museum. She is also a hockey player, and likes snowboarding.

🌸 About myself: I am 27, and from France. I work in tech and have other passions/interests such as yoga and singing. I also enjoy travelling, meeting with my friends and discovering hidden gems around Hackney.

🌞 We are looking for someone clean and peaceful, who is willing to maintain positive and quiet energies around the flat.

💸 The rent will be of £1100 per month, and bills come around £114/150 per month.
