My name is Mayuko, I am 30yo Japanese working in fashion photography & film production 💃🏻🎬📸

I am subletting my cozy room for 1 month and a week during 28th April - 4th June while I am going back to Japan 🇯🇵

Flat is 2bedroom flat with separate kitchen, living room & a bathroom toilet - located right on Stokenewington Church St ⛪️ surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs, & shops! (I moved here only 1-2months ago but I’m loving it so much so far!)

Rent is £1050/pcm or £350/week if it’s shorter period including bills 💵

I have 1x flatmate Gabe who is 36yo very chill & easy going kiwi guy working in law 🇳🇿✨ He loves exercise, running (training for marathon now!) & sauna ♨️

Our flat is very tidy & clean (Gabe books cleaner once every 2weeks or so as well!) so I’d like someone who can make sure to keep common area tidy & clean 🧼✨

Since I will be coming back in June, I will be putting all my personal items in the closet so closet won’t be available but the drawer, shelf & rest of furniture would be all yours 🛋️
