Hi there - I am a live in landlord and I have a large double room which comes furnished with lots of storage. There is a shared living room/ kitchen and bathroom. The flat has been updated with new modern furniture throughout. There is a private rear patio. The flat itself has lots of natural light. Location wise, property is located very close to Newington green with very good bus links into central London with the closest overground being Cannonbury a short walk away. Highbury and Islington is approx 25 mins walk away.

I'm 35 and a working professional. I'm a chartered surveyor and work by Westminster and have a mix of WFH and going into the office around 3 days a week. I've been living at this place in Stokey for just over a year now and originally from a place called Darlington. I'm laid back, respectful, considerate and most importantly clean. I'm very aware that it will your place too and somewhere to call home and respectful in that sense. I'm quite chilled about most things to be honest. Hopefully that gives you a insight about me :)
