Room 1 £1,025 per month
A cosy and comfortable double room with a calm, neutral feel, ideal as a relaxing space to unwind at the end of the day. A great option if you want a peaceful room while enjoying the flat’s lovely shared areas upstairs.

Room 2 £1,125 per month
A larger double room with plenty of space to make it your own, ideal if you like having a bit more room to spread out or set up a desk for working from home.

(Both rooms are on the lower ground floor, which keeps them nice and quiet and cool)

Not included, usually around £100/£150 per month

We’re Lucy (27) and Archie (26), a couple who’ve been together for over 5 years.

We’re easy going, clean and respectful, and looking for two people we can genuinely get along with, not just housemates, but people who feel at home here.

We enjoy a movie night, a bit of trashy reality TV, and the occasional hangout, nothing too wild. (Bonus points if you’re an Arsenal fan)
