Double Room in Stoke Newington (3 month sublet)

Hi everyone,

We have a double room available in our beautiful, homey and spacious Stoke Newington home available from the 17th April.

The bedroom is available to sublet for three months with potential to extend past July if needed. It comes furnished with a double bed and a built in wardrobe and is £950 per month with all bills included (water, electricity, council tax, internet etc.).

The room is extremely spacious, with beautiful views of the street and the back of Abney Park, it can also fit two desks and there is plenty and wardrobe space and room for storage. You would be sharing a primary bathroom with 2 others.

The house has three stories (big!) and has many great amenities including a large living / dining room and kitchen, it also has a separate toilet downstairs and a courtyard (perfect for summer).

The place is located in a very quiet area nestled behind Abney Park. It is a 3 minute walk to Stoke Newington Overground Station and the 67, 76, 106, 149, 243, 476 busses all run from the bus stop outside the station.

The house is a 5 minute walk away from a large Morrisons and a 15 minute walk from Clissold Park and Leisure Centre. It’s also in a perfect location to enjoy all the things Dalston and Hackney have to offer.

We’re seeking another professional who is sociable, clean and enjoys a chat in the kitchen and the odd dinner or movie together, as well as time on their own.

About us:

I’m Zoë - 30, from Tasmania and have been living in London for 2.5 years. I work in design research and enjoy hiking, swimming drawing, and going to galleries. I hate cooking but love food.

Esmay is 27, originally from NZ. They work at a cafe in borough market so free coffees for you! They write music and love a queer rave on the weekends :)

Nick is 31 and from Australia, he’s been living in London for roughly 7 years and works in consulting. He loves going to gigs, cycling, cooking and traveling in his spare time.

Nathan is 24 and the only Brit in the house currently! He also works in consulting and loves film, pub quizzes and reading and is about to run his first marathon.
