I've moved out of my apartment and am looking for someone to sublet until the end of the contract with the possibility to take it over at the end of August.
The apartment is a short walk from Stoke Newington High Street and just around the corner from Rectory Road station.
The flat has a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.
Base rent is £1050 + bills which are usually around £150/month in council tax band B.
You'll be living with Patrick (26M), who's a barista, pianist, all round great guy and great housemate.
