We're looking for a new flatmate to join our bright and spacious flat in Stoke Newington.

About the Room & Flat:

* Double room, part furnished (double bed, mattress and wardrobe) with plenty of potential to make it your own.
* The flat is across 2 floors and there is no lift. The bedroom is on the first floor with its own en-suite bathroom.
* Shared spacious kitchen/lounge space.
* Rent: £1200. Additional bills of Council tax Band D (roughly £63 a month), bills range (at the moment it’s about £50/month) and internet (£11 a month). Roughly £124 for all bills.

Who you'll be living with

You'll be sharing with Daisy (27, from London) and Polly (31, from just outside London). We both work in the creative industry, mostly in the office with 1 or 2 days at home a week. We're a sociable household and have become good friends but also appreciate that life is busy and value our own time too. We love hanging out watching tv, having picnics or going to pubs nearby.

The House

The flat is lovely and cosy, with an open plan kitchen-living area. It has a cute terrace space that we’ve furnished. We all keep it nice and clean. It’s in a great location, right off Church Street with so many cafes / restaurants / pubs / parks so close.

Availability

The room is available from 1st June 2026 (we pay rent on the 24th of each month). The contract currently ends on October 24th, but there is an option to extend this if we’d all like!

Ideal new housemate

* No preference on gender
* Unfortunately we aren't allowed pets
* Ideally someone who works in the office a few days or office based, not fully from home

Transport

* 5 minute walk from Stoke Newington Overground
* 12 minutes to Seven Sisters where you can join the Victoria Line
* 20 minute bus to Dalston
* Bus stop 2 minute walk from the flat with buses heading to Angel (25mins), Kings Cross (35 mins), Oxford Street (1 hour)
