Double room available in Stoke Newington :)

Hi There! We have a Room available in our gorgeous Stoke Newington home.

Fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, big chest of drawers and wardrobe. A small desk also available in storage if needed.

The room is warm in winter, and there's a beautiful courtyard outside for summer hangs. The house has two bathrooms, a washing machine, and a separate living room (with a massive TV). We're tucked away on a quiet side street, so no street noise or traffic.

We’re a very welcoming and friendly house - we often watch movies or TV together, do the occasional cook, and play games. That said we all have different schedules, so we rarely clash when it comes to cooking or bathroom use. Current housemates work in the creative sector, healthcare and in the City.

Location perks:

2-minute walk to Stoke Newington station & bus stops.

Short walk to Church Street, packed with cafes, restaurants, and op shops.

A couple of us do yoga at incredible studios nearby - highly recommend! Same goes for gyms!

We also have Netflix, Prime Video, free-to-air TV, and fast internet.

Bills: £135 per month, including a kitty for communal items and a cleaner who comes every couple of weeks.
Council Tax: Band E.
