Beautiful Double Room in The Cottage

Sadly, I’m moving out of my lovely double room in our beautiful cottage-style home in the heart of Stoke Newington.

The location honestly couldn’t be better — just a 2-minute walk from Rectory Road Overground, right by Church Street, and a short stroll to Clissold Park. You’ve got everything you need on your doorstep: amazing cafés, pubs, restaurants, gyms, shops, yoga studios, and great transport links into central London.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

The cottage itself is fully equipped and feels very much like a real home rather than a “stop in, stop out” house share. We’re looking for someone who wants to properly settle in, enjoy the space, and treat it as a home too.

The house is extremely clean, tidy, and well looked after. We all take real pride in the cottage and keeping it a calm, welcoming space. There’s also a lovely outdoor yard/garden area which is perfect in the summer for morning coffees, working from home, or relaxing in the evenings.

We’re looking for a friendly, considerate, clean, and easy-going female housemate who’ll fit in well with the house dynamic.

Available from 13th September for 6+ months.
