Lovely double room available in Stoke Newington / Hackney Downs.

The room is spacious and in a great location, set in a council block on a quiet street, with Hackney Downs just around the corner.

It comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and built-in storage. If you need any additional furniture, you are welcome to bring your own.

Important note before applying: the flat does not have a living room, so it is not suitable for people working from home or spending long periods inside during the day.

There is also a lovely cat in the flat, so you must be comfortable living with pets.

We are looking for a chilled, clean, tidy, and organised female professional in full-time employment. A work reference will be required.

We have been living together for 3–4 years and get along well. We’re respectful and easy-going, and we’re looking for someone with a similar mindset. It’s important to us that shared spaces, especially the kitchen and bathroom, are kept clean and left as they are found.

The location is excellent, with Hackney Downs just around the corner, around a 10-minute walk to Church Street and 20 minutes to Clissold Park.
