Room in friendly Stokey house

Hello! Sadly our flatmate is moving out so we have a room spare in our friendly Stoke Newington home. Please do send us a bit about yourself, what you’re looking for in a house share and when you are looking to move in.

Our house is on a quiet side road with a lovely pub just opposite us (no noise), with Church street and Clissold park around the corner. You’ll be sharing with three other warm and friendly flatmates, Shane, Rhiana and Milo. We’re looking for someone who’s up for a chat in the kitchen after work and wants to hang out when we can find time to be together.

The room available is on the ground floor, so you end up with a shower and bathroom to yourself, plus it’s very quiet! The living room is cosy with massive south facing windows, and the kitchen’s easy with lots of cupboard space. The back garden is sunny in the afternoon and has lots of space for a barbecue or dinner outside. The property managers are friendly and responsive, they fix issues and are reasonable with us.

About the housemates! Shane’s a teacher at a school in Angel so is out Monday to Friday but enjoys going to the gym and going to pub quizzes with friends. Rhiana’s a lawyer who enjoys spending her evenings cooking and g&t with friends. Milo works in a company helping arts and culture organisations with their marketing, he loves a holiday with friends, and has been re-watching Doctor Who!
