Spacious room in Stoke Newington!

Good sized room right across the street from Clissold park. Available from mid June (flexible if need).

You’ll be living with Sam and Kristy - lovely housemates both in their 30s. They work in both council and charity, and work a combination of at home and in the office. We like to hang out for a tv or film night occasionally but also respect each others space.

The flat has a full bathroom, separate toilet, living room/diner, kitchen and a nice sized garden.

Bills are not included, currently approx £112 a month each.

The room comes furnished with bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers and shelves. There’s plenty of space for a desk if you’re working from home.
