Lovely double room available- Stoke Newington 1/7

Hi folks,

A lovely double room will become available from the 1st of July, in our peaceful garden flat in Stoke Newington. My housemate has been living here for over a year and a half, and she is sadly relocating back to Europe this summer.

The house has only two double beds, so you are sharing with only one person (me) and my angel cat Snoopy, who is well- trained and spends most of his time in the garden.

The house is clean, peaceful and in a safe area, only a 1-minute walk from bus 73, 106, 276 and a 5-minute walk from Rectory Road Overground station( that has direct access to Liverpool Street).

A bit about me: I am an artist/ filmmaker who has a keen interest in analogue photography. I am clean, considerate, and very relaxed with a housemate who wants to have friends around. It is not a party house, though. Gatherings in the garden are most welcomed:)
