Cosy Flat in the heart of Stoke Newington

Hi there! I’m Michelle,

I’m a 46-year-old professional in employability working mostly from the office. My flat is in the heart of Stoke Newington on Church Street, so you’ll get that great village feel while still being super close to Dalston, Islington, and easy transport into central London and the City.

The flat is on the first floor, small but cosy and fully furnished, the room available is unfurnished however my current flatmate is open to selling her bed and wardrobe.
I have a lovely roof terrace (accessed through my bedroom— so looking for someone comfortable with that). I’ve been here for five years and have a great relationship with the landlords and neighbours.

I’m looking for a flatmate who’s also a professional, mainly office based or not working from home a lot.
The room is small, so it’s ideal if you don’t have too much stuff. I welcome any gender, open to a broad age range and from the LGBTQIA+ community. I identify as straight.
In my downtime, I enjoy heading to the gym, watching shows, a glass of wine and soaking in the local scene.
That flat is more suited to someone who socialises out due to space and configuration.
