Double bedroom in two bed flat available August, located less than a minute away from Clissold Park on a quiet side street just off Church Street, Stoke Newington.

Bills come to roughly £150 pcm for council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet and TV licence. Usually a little bit more in winter.

I've been very happy living here the last 18 months, looking for someone new since my housemate is moving back home.

The flat has a separate living room with a spiral staircase leading up to a large roof terrace, kitchen with washer dryer, storage space and secure bike storage for three bikes on the ground floor. There's more than enough space to work from home if you need to.

About me:

I'm 39, from northern England originally but I've lived in Hackney for the last eleven years and London for the last twenty. I work in product/technology for a film streaming company and work from home roughly two or three days a week. I enjoy running, swimming at the lido, cycling, and usually go to the cinema once or twice a week. Vegetarian/vegan preferred but really not a deal-breaker for the right person.

TV in the living room has subs to Netflix, Apple, Disney+, MUBI and Sky Sports.
