Sad to be leaving my room as I'm moving abroad! The flat is just off Stoke Newington High Street with Church Street under a 5 min walk and loads of great cafés, pubs and little shops in the area.
The room is a double in the basement with big bay windows that bring in a good amount of light. It comes furnished (bed, wardrobe, bedside table), with the option to take on other bits in the room too. The flat has a south-facing open kitchen/living room and a little garden, so there's plenty of sun and space to hang out.
You'd be living with Pippa, Rach and Jake. We're all in our late 20s/early 30s and have been lucky enough to become genuinely good friends over the last two years of living together. We like to hang out together (BBQs in the garden, Clissold Park, pub quizzes) but equally respect when people need their own space. We all have our own social lives going on but enjoy coming home to people and de-brief the day etc. We'd love to find someone who wants to be part of that, not just a flatmate.
Cleanliness matters a lot to us and we keep the flat in good shape. One thing which might be good to know: the WiFi can be slow, so probably not the best fit if you work from home full-time.
Move-in date: 1st August
