Double bedroom in social house: Stoke Newington

Hi everyone!

Sadly, our current flatmate is moving out as he’s moving out of the UK. So we’re looking for a new long-term housemate (male or female) to join us in our lovely home in Stoke Newington. The room is available for move-in anytime between now and 15 July latest, with flexible move-in dates within that window.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a friendly, sociable, easy-going, and clean housemate in their late 20s to early 30s. Ideally, someone who works hybrid or in the office.

About us
You’ll be living with Renee (31, Canadian female), Liv (28, Australian female), and Tom (30, Australian male).

Liv and Tom are a couple who share the top-floor bedroom and have their own bathroom.

We’ve all been living together for the past year and have a great dynamic. I would say the house is super relaxed and a very chilled vibe. We enjoy the occasional house dinner, glass of wine, and catch-up, but we also have our own friends, hobbies, and social lives!

* You’ll share the second floor and bathroom with one other female housemate (Renee)

* 1 minute from Newington Green, with plenty of cafes, pubs, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby
* 10-minute walk to Canonbury Station

Costs

* Rent: £1,050 per month
* Bills: Approximately £120 per month (including council tax, utilities, and internet; varies slightly by season)
* Deposit: Need to look at contract
