I'm subletting my room in Stoke Newington.
The move-in date will have to be on Wednesday 17 June. It that's a dealbreaker, the move-in date could potentially be before, but it can definitely not be after.
Duration: 1 month minimum, but the room can be rented until 05 August (1 month and a half roughly)
Price (for a month): 700£
Deposit: 800£ (especially to cover damages to the TV)
We'd have to meet over a coffee in the next days before you move-in, to assess you're fit and proper, and get some details, notably as you'll be sharing the flat with a female.
