Friendly flatshare in Stoke Newington

We’re looking for a housemate to join our friendly flatshare in Stoke Newington.

There are two of us here (32 and 44), both working professionals with varied schedules, and the flat has a relaxed, considerate atmosphere. One of us is an engineer and the other is a movement teacher.

We’d love to live with someone who brings good energy — friendly, kind, grounded — and who values a clean, well‑kept space.

The space has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, balcony and large shared communal garden.

The flat is in a great location:
* 8–10 minutes by bus to Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly, Thameslink)
* 15 minutes’ walk to Manor House (Piccadilly)
* 20 minutes’ walk to Stoke Newington Overground

We’re right next to Clissold Park, close to Woodberry Down reservoirs, and a short walk from Church Street and Blackstock Road with their cafés, bakeries, bars and restaurants.

We are council tax band C.
