• Fully furnished. As I’m moving back home, all furniture must be purchased for £200. This includes bed, mattress, desk, wardrobe and coat rail which I bought 4 months ago (total cost was £600).

• Just off Stoke Newington High Street, between Clissold Park and Dalston

🚞 Transport
• 5 min walk to Rectory Road Station which is 5 stops from Liverpool Street
• 15 min walk to Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction Stations

👬 Housemates
• You’d be living with 3 friendly housemates: 2 girls and 1 boy (2 Aussies and a Brit)
• All working professionals in their late 20s/early 30s
• We enjoy pub trips, dinners, nights out, as well as park runs, padel, spin classes and coffee walks
