I'm moving out of my lovely double room in Stoke Newington at the beginning of August and am looking for someone to take over my room.

The flat is located on Church Street, directly opposite Clissold Park and surrounded by cafés, pubs, restaurants and independent shops - it’s an ideal location. The flat also comes with a balcony, and communal garden!

You'll be living with two friendly and welcoming flatmates (one mid 20s and one mid 30s), both professionals who work from home around one day a week. We enjoy spending time together, whether that's grabbing dinner, or just catching up after work, while also respecting each other's space and privacy. We're looking for someone who is similarly sociable, considerate and looking for a relaxed, friendly home rather than just somewhere to stay.

The room comes furnished with the bed, mattress, wardrobe, shelves and side table. I did buy the curtains, however I’d be happy to sell these to whoever takes my room if you would like to keep them.
