We prefer a female housemate to keep an even balance in the house (currently 2 male & 1 female housemates live here). You would be the 4th housemate.



The room has a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers and double bed, bedside table and chair. So no need to worry about space or a place to sit and work.

 The shared kitchen is clean & tidy and has a fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave.

The kitchen leads into a small paved garden at the back of the house. 

There's a main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. The house also has WiFi.



Rent includes the following bills: gas, electricity, water, broadband (WiFi), council tax.

 Stoke Newington High Street & Stoke Newington Church Street with their restaurants, bars and shops are just a short 5-minute walk away. 



Funky Dalston is just 15 mins away with even more places to eat and drink.

For fresh food, the weekly farmers market is only 3-mins away and usually held on Saturdays.
