We have a room available for sublet at our sunny flat in Stoke Newington: £1k inc bills.

The flat is in a great location directly opposite Clissold Park and walking distance to Dalston and Islington. The room is south facing so receives the morning sun, is private and comes partially furnished as shown in photos. The flat itself has a large kitchen, bathroom and living area.

You would be living with three kiwi professionals who are social and make the most of the location of the park across the road and London but also respectful of each other’s space.

The room would be a great place for someone new to London or looking for a place between places. Move in date is flexible but ideally looking from mid/late July move-in for a period of two-three months.
