My friends and I are currently looking for a friendly, like-minded girl to complete our house share in Stoke Newington/Upper Clapton. We currently have myself (28, Pakistani), Coral (28, Puerto Rican), Lucy (28, British) and Camilla (29, Canadian). We love dancing, food and music & also enjoy the occasional rave or pub night. Lucy works in cybersecurity, Coral in medical research and Camilla is a reporter.

When it comes to co-living, we all value a genuinely communal atmosphere. We enjoy sharing dinners, splitting weekly chores and spending time together as a household. Our goal is to create a cozy, tidy and welcoming home rather than simply a place to sleep.💗

The house: An airy five-bedroom Victorian house in Stoke Newington/Upper Clapton, just a 5–8 minute walk from the Overground station (we have videos to share). Deposit is 5 weeks rent.

The rooms:
Room 1: 14.19m2, spacious double room on the first floor £990 pcm not including bills - has a bed frame and built in wardrobe but other than that it is unfurnished and ready for you to make your own!

Room 2: Large 21.46 m2 room available for 1-2 months only (short term) £1170 not including bills and no deposit required

We estimate bills to be around 96-135 per month (higher end for winter months). The house is council tax band F and has an EPC rating of D.
