Sadly moving back to Aus so leaving my lovely room and 2 amazing flatmates 😢

About the room 🛌
Double room with the most amazing natural light from 2 big windows! Not furnished but I’m happy to leave whatever furniture you want for cheap (I have bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of draws).

About the flat 🏡
The flat is 3 bedrooms with a lovely modern kitchen and bathroom. Good landlords who get things fixed quickly when needed.

About the location 🌳
5 minute walk (if that) to clissold park
17 minute walk to Finsbury park station
15 minute walk to Stoke Newington overground
10 minute walk to the gorgeous church street
The area feels very safe and quiet while still being so close to amazing nightlife, pubs, cafes, restaurants

About the flatmates 👯‍♀️
Couldn’t ask for 2 better gals to live with, I’m so sad to be leaving them 😭😭😭 Katie has lived in the flat for 4 years and is 29. She’s a plant queen and jewellery maker who makes the flat feel like home 💘💘 Mia is 26 and has lived in the flat for most of this year. She loves to cook up a storm and is always down for a dinner in the park moment ✨✨✨
The girls are pretty busy people but we love to do stuff together when the schedules align! It’s a social flat e. g. debrief about our days while watching TV/cooking dinner but also can have our own space when we need.

Money stuff 💸
Rent is £967 per month and has just gone up for the first time in 2 years so fingers crossed won’t be going up again anytime soon!
Bills are between £110-£150 depending on the time of year
Deposit is £991 (approx I need to double check with our agent)
