We have a large, furnished double room in a 4-bed flat in Stoke Newington/Stamford Hill, available 1st August. Our flatmates are sadly moving out of the area, so we’re looking for new people! We have one person joining us in August and are now looking for the final flatmate : )

💰The room is £1045 per month(excluding bills). Bills come to about £100 pm and a bit more in winter.

🏡 the flat is spread over 4 floors, with seperate kitchen and dining/living areas, and two toilets (1 with shower/bath, 1 WC)

🪑the room is furnished with a double bed, drawers, wardrobe and desk. The room is east-facing and look over quiet backstreets.

🚇great transport links, close to overground station and great bus links.

🛒 close to big supermarket, post office and many off-licenses

🌳 10 minute walk from Abney park and Stoke Newington church street

You’ll be living with 3 girls aged 25-28 (Rhian, Mariam and Anushka) - all working full time. Here’s a bit about uMariam Dhanani Hi! I’m Rhian, I’m 28 and I work in the city 3 days a week, 2 days WFH. I love nights out, hiking, playing squash, finding new pubs in London and going to galleries & museums. I’m a social person and enjoy going out for dinner, drinks and coffee, but equally love a chill evening at home.

- Hiya, I’m Mariam! I’m 25 and I moved to London from Toronto, Canada in 2024. I love cooking, baking, working out, and exploring new bits of London over the weekends. I work in higher education and am in office 2/3 days of the week.

Anushka will be moving in on 1st August:

- I’m Anushka, I’m 24 and from Melbourne. I moved to London a bit over a month ago and am working in Pricing in Hammersmith (50/50 WFH and in office). I love cooking, running, football, trying out new wine bars and coffee shops, crafty hobbies (scrapbooking/knitting) and am super social!

About you:

We’re looking for someone in their mid/late 20s, considerate with noise, clean, who can also be a friend. We do stuff together but also have separate social lives. We love to watch TV and chat in the evenings over cooking.

Unfortunately we’re not looking for students. Anyone moving in must have a full time job, as per the landlord’s request.
