I'm moving out of our beautiful 3-bed flat in Stoke Newington, so we're looking for someone to take my large double room from 1 August.

About the flat:
Rent: £1,300 pcm + bills (around £150 pcm each)
Deposit: £1,500 (five weeks' rent)
The room is unfurnished.

Location: N16 7 — great connections into central London, bus stop opposite and Stoke Newington Overground a 3-minute walk away. Ideal for a coffee on Church Street before work, with plenty of pubs and parks nearby.

You'd be sharing with the two of us, Michelle and Alex; both early 30s, working in corporate roles, both hybrid.
We're pretty chilled and sociable, and quiet during the work week.

The whole flat is spacious and fully refurbished; everything is new and well kept. There's a balcony, a dishwasher and a laundry room too.

We'd love someone who's:

A working professional, roughly 27–38, with a similar lifestyle so the balance in the house stays the same
Clean, tidy, respectful of shared space, and sociable.
