Double room in friendly Stoke Newington flatshare

We have a large, furnished double room in a spacious 4-bed flat/townhouse in Stoke Newington/Stamford Hill (£1045 pcm), available 1st August. 1 of our flatmates is moving in with their partner & 1 is leaving London, so we’re looking for new people!

You’ll be living with 3 girls aged 24-28 (Rhian, Mariam and Anushka). A bit about us:

- Hi! I’m Rhian, I’m 28, and work in law. I love hiking, playing squash, finding new pubs in London and going to gigs. I’m a social person and enjoy going out for dinner, drinks and coffee, but equally love a chill evening at home.

- Hiya, I’m Mariam! I’m 25 and I moved to London from Toronto, Canada in 2024. I love cooking, baking, working out, and exploring new bits of London over the weekends. I work in higher education and am in office 2/3 days of the week.

- I’m Anushka, I’m 24 and from Melbourne. I moved to London a bit over a month ago and am working in Pricing in Hammersmith (50/50 WFH and in office). I love cooking, running, football, trying out new wine bars and coffee shops, crafty hobbies (scrapbooking/knitting) and am super social!

(Anushka will also be moving in on 1st August)

About you:

We’re looking for someone considerate with noise, clean, who can also be a friend. We are sociable group and love watching TV together in the evenings/chatting over cooking. But equally have our own social lives and our respectful of others space & quiet 🌼

Bills come to about £100 pcm / a bit more in winter.

We have a spacious kitchen, separate living room and 2 bathrooms. We’re round the corner from an overground station which takes your directly into the city. Supermarket and post office also close by.
