Large and light double room w garden access

I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a gorgeous, spacious room between Dalston and Stoke Newington.

The room backs onto the garden w double doors to access so it gets lots of natural light and is super quiet off the road. The house is v spacious overall w a bathroom and separate loo and large kitchen/lounge area. As well as the garden there is a small patio with a picnic table. The room comes partly furnished but I’m happy to sell on my furniture for cheap if helpful.

The girls are 2 Aussies living and working in London. They are super friendly and chill, and like to cook at home and socialise around East with friends.

Bills aren’t included but are pretty inexpensive for the area. We get a cleaner twice a month for £20 each which is good to take the pressure off people!

The house is a few mins walk from rectory Road overground and super close to big green spaces (Hackney downs and Clissold park) and nice coffee shops (Haru and Bake Street).
