Double room in Stoke Newington!

We're looking for someone to take the spare room in our lovely flat in Stoke Newington.

Viewings from 1st August. Move in date 25th August.

The flat is just off Church Street, about a 5-minute walk to Clissold Park and Stoke Newington Overground. It's a really nice, quiet area but still close to loads of great cafés, pubs and shops.

You'll be living with two girls (24 & 28) who both work hybrid. We're clean, tidy and respectful of each other's space, Always up for a pub trip, grabbing a coffee or watching something together, but we also all appreciate our own downtime.

The room itself is really spacious, bright and gets loads of natural light.

UNFURNISHED but the current tenant is willing to sell a bed, wardrobe and a bedside table at a discounted price.

We're an LGBTQ+ friendly house and are looking for someone who's easy-going, considerate and looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a place to rent.
