Ensuite room in beautiful Stoke Newington flat

The flat is just off Stoke Newington High Street with Church Street under a 5 min walk and loads of great cafés, pubs and little shops in the area.

The room is a double (on the smaller side) on the ground floor with an ensuite + built in wardrobe. It comes furnished with a bed (lift up for more storage underneath) and bedside table. I am also open to selling my drawers as well which fit nicely in the space.

The flat has a south-facing open kitchen/living room and a little garden, so there's plenty of sun and space to hang out.

You'd be living with Pippa, Jake and Sarah. We're all in our late 20s/early 30s and have loved living in this house. We like to hang out together (BBQs in the garden, Clissold Park, pub quizzes) but equally respect when people need their own space. We all have our own social lives going on but enjoy coming home to people and de-brief the day etc. We'd love to find someone who wants to be part of that, and who is also wanting a quiet, and chill place to call home!

Cleanliness matters a lot to us and we keep the flat in good shape. One thing which might be good to know: the current WiFi can be slow, so probably not the best fit if you work from home full-time. There has also been some construction next door, but it’s wrapping up soon.
