Gorgeous big double in lovely Stoke Newington

Have lived here for almost four years with 3 lovely girls but I am moving back to my hometown!

Huge open plan living room and kitchen with high ceilings. Two bathrooms split between 4 bedrooms and a lovely big sunny courtyard! The bedroom is large, it comes with a wardrobe and bed and I’m planning to sell my sideboard and desk with the room. It’s got two big windows which lets in really gorgeous sunlight and the location is fab - close to Dalston and both Clissold & Hackney Downs parks, plus loads of good bars and restaurants.

You’ll be living with three lovely girls, Kelly (who works for a hospital) Elliott (Aussie who works in Marketing) and Laura (works in Arts & Culture), who are all in their late 20’s / early 30’s. I’ve really loved living with them and as we’ve become really good friends over the years. We’re a mix of sociable people who love hanging out for dinner and wine in the garden or going to gigs and the all the great pubs of Hackney together but everyone also has their individual busy lives and does their own thing, too!

Rent is £940 a month due on the 10th (crazy price for the size) and bills are around £115 a month for water, gas and electric, wifi, council tax and a cleaner once a month.

Everyone wfh 1-2 days a week so are looking for somebody with a similar setup. Viewings will be from the first week of August :)
