Sublet in Stoke Newington House - Short Term

I am subletting 1 room in this lovely huge Victorian all female house.

My friends and I are currently looking for a friendly, like-minded girl to sublet a room out to in our house share in Stoke Newington/Upper Clapton. We currently have myself (27, Puerto Rican), Maaria (28, Pakistani), Lucy (27, British), Camilla (29, Canadian), and Isabel (25, American). We love dancing, food and music & also enjoy the occasional rave or pub night. We are working professionals across different fields (law, journalism, arts, and STEM).

When it comes to co-living, we all value a genuinely communal atmosphere. We enjoy sharing dinners, splitting weekly chores and spending time together as a household. Our goal is to create a cozy, tidy and welcoming home rather than simply a place to sleep.💗

The house: An airy five-bedroom Victorian house in Stoke Newington/Upper Clapton, just a 5–8 minute walk from the Overground station (we have videos to share).

The room:

Large 21.46 m2 room available for 3 weeks to 1 month only (short term), £290 per week, furnished with a bed and wardrobe.

Bills are included and council tax included.

I am subletting my room while finalizing my visa process. This is a great room for someone who will be staying or traveling to London during August.
