Room in 2-bed flat for cat-friendly person

Rent negotiable if you only need a part-time/Mon-fri let.

Medium sized room with double bed (and new mattress) in 2-bed flat that has plenty of natural light.

Looking for someone who's easy-going, clean, and quiet-ish, who's in full-time work, and ideally only needs a Mon-Fri let. (Rent can be adjusted if that's you.)
Share communal areas with friendly, creative female.

The local area has great transport links, and some fabulous local green spaces.

Added info: my long-term partner stays (maximum) once a week, or I go to his, but we're not party animals : )
