Room in 2-bed flat for cat-friendly person

11'6" x 9'6" (slight 'L' shaped room)

Reduced rent if you only need a part-time/Mon-Fri let.
Couples welcome if short-ish term, but rent will be more.

Medium sized room (11'6" x 9'6" - slight 'L' shape) with 2 built-in cupboards/wardrobes in 2-bed flat that has plenty of natural light.
(But can also be nice and dark for sleeping.)
The room can be re-arranged, and I have bedding (incl memory foam mattress topper) if needed. I also have a proper office chair going spare.

Looking for someone who's easy-going and not too noisy.
Share communal areas with friendly, creative female, (vegetarian) and her cats, who are clean and no trouble.

The local area has excellent transport links, and some great local green spaces, bars, cafes etc. The overground train (Weaver Line - Zone 2) gets you into Liverpool St in 10ish mins, or up to Seven Sisters underground (Victoria Line) in 5 mins.

The flat is on the top/2nd floor of a small well-maintained block with off-street parking and communal gardens.

Other info: I've been doing the place up, and about to give the bathroom and kitchen some attention. It's nearly all done!
