A bright and spacious double ensuite room is available in our lovely flat, right on the border of Stoke Newington and Lower Clapton.

The location is fantastic: Rectory Road Station is directly opposite, with Liverpool Street just 15 minutes away by Overground. Church Street’s cafés, restaurants, pubs and independent shops are a short walk away, with Dalston, parks, gyms and great bus connections all nearby.

The room:

* Large double room with private ensuite
* Available from 1st September
* £1,000 per month plus bills

You’ll be sharing with two friendly professionals in their early/mid 30s: a teacher and a designer. They are tidy, respectful and considerate, and we’re looking for someone who will fit well into the home.

Looking for:

* Female professional preferred (sorry, men)
* Full-time employed
* Ideally late 20s to mid-30s
* Clean, respectful and considerate of shared spaces
* References required
