Lovely Double Room in Stoke Newington

Hi! I'm moving out of my room in a really lovely house share and hoping to find someone great to take it on.

You'd be living with Asad, Diego and Daniel. They're social, like to cook together, watch a move in the living room or go to the pub. Everyone has also got their own life and they're super respectful of each other's space. It's never felt like a flatshare so much as a home, and we're looking for someone to keep that vibe.

Diego's from Mexico and has spent the last few years in London making music and touring with his band. Asad is a journalist and originally from Manchester, and Daniel will be moving in to the flat in August.

The flat

Spacious throughout, with a large living room (TV, sofas, the works)
Large private south-facing garden that gets sun all day which is great in the summer.

The room itself is large, with big windows and plenty of light. Comes furnished with a bed, desk and chair, and a wardrobe. I have some bits in there that I'm happy to sell on at a price if desired.

We've got a good relationship with the landlord and the house is well looked after, Asad's been here seven years and gets on with the agent and landlord.

Rent is £800, bills come out to another £100 or so, and deposit £750.

Getting around

Stoke Newington Overground is a 12 min walk, Stamford Hill 7 min. Seven Sisters is a 10 min bus north, and buses to Dalston or London Bridge go from the end of the road.

Church Street is a 10 min walk, Dalston is a 20 min bus and easy to get to.
