Looking for a human to sublet my room in our 4-bed Victorian house in Stoke Newington!
The room is available from 28 August – 19 September. Rent is £610 for the entire stay, including all bills, which is a bit of a steal for the area tbh.
The location is honestly 10/10. We’re just off Church Street and the High Street, within walking distance of heaps of great pubs, cafés, Clissold Park and Abney Park.
The house is spread over two floors and has a light-filled kitchen, cosy lounge, two bathrooms, and a big garden.
You’ll be living with three fellas:
* Todd (26) - works in architectural engineering
* Jude (27) - teacher
* Dan (27) - finance consultant
We’re friendly and social and love the occasional house dinner, but everyone also has their own thing going on.
