Double Room in Stoke Newington - short term let

Hello!

My room is available for a short term let, as my flatmates sister is moving in in October, so looking for someone to short term let in the interim. Let can start from 3rd September until mid October, can be for just part of that time too, dates slightly flexible as landlord is my flatmates mum.

£900pm includes all bills apart from wifi.

The room 🏠

The room comes furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe and desk, lovely big windows and has lots of natural light. It wont have any additional furnishings (i. e. duvet / mirror / lamps etc) as I’ll be taking all that with me! There is space to work from home in the room and I regularly do work from home 2/3 days a week.

It’s on the second floor of a block of flats. There is one bathroom as shown in photos, a disco kitchen and a separate living/dining area.

Location 📍
We are close to Stoke Newington Church Street, Clissold Park, West Reservoir and Clapton Common/Springfield Park. We’re less than 10 mins walk to Stoke Newington station (Overground to Liverpool Street in 18 mins), 20 mins walk/ 5 min cycle & bus to Seven Sisters underground (Victoria line)! It’s very well connected by buses in general going right outside the flat! It’s a lovely friendly estate with kind neighbours. There is space for a bike in the bike locker too.

Jess (30) works as an art assistant / in the tv&film industry and Ellie (33) is a creative and yoga instructor. The flat is a calm environment, we’ve all got busy lives but enjoy an occasional shared dinner, film evening or just a hang out in the living room.

Someone that would fit in is easygoing, chilled out nature, with a good sense of humour. Important that you’re a clean person as we like to keep the flat tidy and share the cleaning load between us.

Jess’ mum is the landlady and will always make sure any problems are sorted.

No pets or couples sorry!

With people being away over summer we’re going to try and have viewings on one day - 18th August.
