Large Double Room in Stoke Newington

Hi! I am looking for a flatmate to rent a room in a two-bed, one-bath flat in Stoke Newington. The room is available from 14 September. Rent is £1250, around £1350 with bills. Council tax band C. My flatmate is sadly leaving due to visa issues.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, dresser, bookshelves, and desk left by previous flatmate. We can make arrangements to remove any furnishings you don’t want/need.

The flat has a large private back garden space with two barbecues that is sunny all year round (except on days it’s cloudy). Unfortunately the flat is not wheelchair accessible as there are three steps down from the main entrance. It’s located 5 min away from Newington Green bus stop, 10 min from Canonbury overground, and 15 minutes to Dalston Kingsland.

I am a non-binary musician and university lecturer. I am looking for someone respectful and tidy, community-oriented and LGBTQ+ friendly.
