Looking for someone to take over my bright and cozy bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and private exit to the garden!

The move in date is September 20.

THE ROOM
The room is located in a four bed two bath flat with a big kitchen, living room and a garden accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. Tonnes of natural light, with floor to ceiling windows!

THE HOUSE
Huge open plan living room and kitchen with really high ceilings. Two bathrooms split between 4 bedrooms and a big sunny courtyard which is such a steal! It’s a 5 min walk from Rectory Road overground, 15 min walk to Dalston Kingsland, and good bus connections from a stop 2 min down the road.

THE HOUSEMATES
You’ll be sharing with three other girls, Kels, (35, who works for a hospital), Laura (30, works in arts and culture) & Brodie (30, works in advertising). Brodie has also just moved in. We’re a mix of sociable people who love hanging out with dinner and wine in the garden or going to gigs and the all the great pubs nearby together but equally have our own things going on outside of the flat which makes for a good balance.

The girls would love someone similar age who works Monday - Friday with 1-2 days WFH and who’s keen to hang out over a coffee, dinner, or a movie at home now and then.

- Rent: £890
- Deposit: £785
- Bills: £115 per person each month (depending on the season) for gas and electric, water, wifi and council tax
- The contract will be updated with your name when you move in
- ⁠The room comes with the bed, mattress, chest of drawers and clothes rack.
