Double room with huge private patio

Hi there! We’re looking for a friendly, tidy person, ideally in their 30s, to join us in our lovely house in Stokey.

We’re a bit of a mixed bunch, with some of us more social than others. We enjoy the occasional drink and chat in our lush garden, and we’d love someone who’s sociable and up for a bit of house camaraderie, while also being considerate of everyone’s space and downtime.

Most of us work in some sort of service industry, so despite there being a few of us, the house rarely feels busy or crowded.

The house itself is old and full of character (which is reflected in the price), so we’re looking for someone who’ll treat it as their home rather than somewhere to simply crash. Common sense when it comes to cleanliness and looking after shared spaces is important. There’s also a weekly cleaner included in the rent.

The room is spacious, with two built-in wardrobes, a bed and a sofa, and the real star of the show - direct access to a massive private rooftop patio/balcony!
