Spacious double room in Victorian 3bed

Hiiii,

We have a gorgeous double room going in our 3 bed flat in Stoke Newington.

As a little bit about me, I'm a 30 yr old from London and work in commercial interiors (at a design brand called GUBI). I've lived here now for 3 yrs and it's honestly a bit of a gem, my favourite place I've ever lived.

Some details below:

- We are situated in a quiet residential road just a 2 minute walk away from Clissold Park. Close to the reservoir too, Church Street etc.
- Canonbury is our nearest station (about a 10-15 min walk away) and closest tube would probs be Manor House (10 mins on the bus).
- Rent is £1,150 pm + Bills
- Bills vary but have been around £130 pm at the moment
- We also get a fortnightly cleaner (£15 each, so £30 each pm)
- One bathroom but the toilet and shower are seperate - we've rarely had any clashes.
- The room comes with a wardrobe and chest or drawers but is unfurnished other than that.
- Not a party house but the occasional dinner party is lovely!
- We have wonderful neighbours and the road is pretty friendly in general.

For context, my lovely housemate is leaving to move out with her boyfriend on the 6th of September so the room will be available from the 7th. As a side note, my other housemate will be moving out with his gf around Novemeber so I will be looking to make this a cute female house hold <3

What I'm looking for:

- Firstly, someone who is genuinely clean and tidy. I know everyone has different standards but this is a space we all really take care of. I wouldn't want to resent my housemate over them not pulling their weight, so please only apply if you really are a clean person.
- Ideally, someone who also cares about interiors and wants to keep the place looking pretty.
- Females only, no couples sorry.
- Ideally a professional in their 30s.
- Someone easygoing, friendly, good with communication
- Someone who is down to chill occasionally, it's more of a home vibe here rather than co-living situation. We also like to be fairly communal in terms of spices, condiments, etc. All very chill homely atmosphere. Obvs having your own things to do but nice to hang out here and there. :)
