It comes fully furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.

Rent is £950 pcm, this includes all bills (gas, electric, water, Wi-Fi, council tax and weekly cleaner).

It is a second-floor, cosy 4-bedroom flat (with only stair access). It has everything you need, including:

• Communal garden (great during the warmer weather)

The flat is located on a quiet residential road, but it is a super short stroll to the lively areas of Stoke Newington & Dalston (it’s truly in such an amazing spot!)

• Parks - Butterfield Green is at the end of our street, and Clissold Park is a 15 min walk.

• Cafes, restaurants, shops - Stoke Newington High Street & Kingsland High Street are both just a 5 min walk.

• Supermarkets - Sainsbury's and Aldi at Kingsland Shopping Centre are around a 12 min walk.

• Transport - Walking distance to overground stations (Dalston Kingsland/Rectory Road/Dalston Junction are all within 15 min walk), and plenty of frequent bus routes are just a 5 min walk away.

👭 The Housemates

You'll be sharing with three lovely girls - Jani, Tamana and Sarah. All in their late-20s to early 30s.

We're a friendly, respectful household with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone has their own routines, but we also enjoy a chat from time to time.
