Gorgeous 1-bed flat to sublet in Stoke Newington

Hello!

I’m Ida and I’m subletting my lovely one bedroom flat in Stoke Newington between 20 September 2026 and 7 February 2027 to go travelling.

The flat is fully furnished and is located on a relatively quiet residential street, but close to all of Stokey’s great restaurants and pubs.

I can be a little bit flexible with the dates (within reason) but I’m looking for one person or a couple to stay for the whole period.

Bills come to about £280 per month.

I’m renting the flat from a private landlord, who has given me permission in writing to sublet it for a few months.
