Double room in Stoke Newington near Rectory Road!

Double room available in a six person house in Stoke Newington, two minutes from Rectory Road station!

The room is a double on the ground floor, facing the garden.

Available immediately for six months, through to early March 2027. I'm subletting because I'm moving out for that period, so it's a fixed six months.

Bills are around £100 per month.

The house has a living room, garden access, a shared kitchen, a laundry room and a dishwasher. Broadband is good, so working from home is easy.

There are five other housemates, all between 28 and 35, working in operations, production, film and urban development. From time to time we cook and eat together, go out for drinks at the weekend, or head out for a walk or a coffee. Everyone has their own jobs, plans and friends though, so people respect each other's personal time.

There's a monthly cleaning rota that rotates, and everyone does their part. We're relaxed about most things but we do care about the place being clean and tidy.

What we're looking for: a professional, male or female, roughly 28 to 38. Single occupancy, no pets. Someone friendly and tidy who'll take on their share of the rota, and who wants to actually be part of the house rather than treat it as a hotel for six months.
