Room available in 3 bedroom flat in stoke newington from 17th November! (Can chat if you want the room slightly earlier.) Looking for a femme, late 20s to early 30s on the hunt for a long term home. 💗 Rent is 723 and will be going up to 758 in January.
The room is on the smaller side but very cool in a heatwave. There's also a spare room that is used for storage/ washing/ office space which makes up for the smaller room. Unfortunately the room is not accessible as its downstairs :( . There's also a small garden and we live basically opposite a park! We are a social flat and love having guests to stay so would like someone who enjoys this too. One of us works from home in her room so there is space for a wfh in the living space!
