Room by Clissold Park from mid-October!

Since my current roommate is going back to Italy (sad) her room will become available in our lovely 2 bedroom flat in stoke newington from 20th October! (Can chat if you want the room later.) Looking for a female/ late 20s to early 30s on the hunt for a place to call home. 💗 Rent is 1250 and bills are not included.

About me: I'm 30, Italian/English and grew up in northern Italy, Dolomites region. So I love the outdoors and anything sport related. I have also lived in Canada, Germany and Denmark before moving to London two years ago. I work in sustainable finance and am in the office 3-4 days a week and in my spare time i enjoy cycling, pilates, volleyball or any other type of sport really, but i also love interiors, meeting friends at the pub or for coffee at wilton way, the occasional boogie or gig or making use of whatever else london has to offer. I also dog-walk occasionally so if you're a fan of our fury friends I'm always happy to have company on my walks. I'm quite a routine person mon-fri though and am therefore really value my home being a "safe space".

About the room: The room is on the smaller side but the shared space is where we spend most of our time anyways and that is nice and bright with evening light. There's also a shared garden with a bike shed and we live basically opposite clissold park! The location overall is the main selling point, surrounded by green, close to church street, bus stops to central london, east london and islington max 5 mins away and finsbury park station is a 12 min walk or the bus there stops directly outside our door.

I want it to continue being a social flat and for everyone to feel comfortable, especially given the smaller size of the place. Cooking together occasionally, bit of trash tv here and there, a stroll through clissold and the obligatory pub stop -we'll figure out what works for us :) I would prefer someone who doesn't wfh full time but obviously no problem if you do 1-2x a week, there is a desk in the living space! Also someone who is clean is a non-negotiable and maybe even into interiors and cares about keeping the space looking nice.
