Room in Sunny Stoke Newington Flat

Hello! I’m looking for a housemate to join us in my sunny three-bed flat in Stoke Newington.

Please note: Move in date is Oct 10th, and viewings won’t take place until Sept 9th.

The rooms: the room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and dresser, with space for a desk. There’s also lots of storage space under the beds.

The flat: The bedrooms and bathroom are on the bottom floor, with the kitchen/living room upstairs. The living space is really bright and open, with beautiful skylight windows - it gets especially cosy in winter! There’s also a big table upstairs if you ever want to work outside your room, plus under-stairs storage for suitcases etc.

Location: Honestly, the best area I’ve lived in London! We’re 2 minutes’ walk from Clissold Park, with loads of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafés nearby.

Cost: £900/month + around £104/month in bills, so roughly £1,004 all-in.

A bit about me: I’m Rosa, 29, and work as a sound designer. Some things I love doing are making music, hiking, drumming, cooking, playing football and watching a good film! I work hybrid, so I’ll be in and out of the house during the week. I’m queer and would love an LGBTQ+ household, but it’s absolutely not essential. I’m also looking for someone 25+.

The vibe: The dream is a cosy, fun and relaxed home with people who are open, friendly and up for a chat! I’d love a house where we can occasionally hang out, but also feel completely comfortable doing our own thing. I also like to keep the flat clean and tidy, so ideally looking for someone who feels the same 😊
